GENERAL INFORMATION

Welcome to the FOP Legislative Information Pages. Please feel free to browse our top priority Legislation. We realize the importance to our membership is government action related to our pensions, benefits, working conditions and our right to bargain the same. Collective Bargaining is the lifeblood of our organization and is under constant attack by municipal groups and some members of the General Assembly. Other bills that may or would impact you if enacted are being constantly tracked by the committee. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact a committee member listed above.

The New Session Will Begin In January, 2017 With The Swearing-In Of New Legislators.
