Retired member of Folcroft Borough Police Departmrent and a 39 year member of the FOP. He is the current President and past Trustee, Conductor and Legal Committee Chair of Delaware County Lodge #27. He is a certified Bargaining Representative for 41 Police Departments and is active in Act 111 Interest and Grievance Arbitrations, discipline, healthcare and pension issues. He is the past Vice President and Guard for the Towns, Townships and Boroughs Association. Joe served on the Advisory Committee of the PA Public Employees Retirement Commission. He is currently a member of the State Legislative Committee and a member of the National Labor Committee.
John is a 38-year active member of the Fraternal Order of Police and veteren police officer. He retired from the Lancaster City Police Department after 27 years, holding the rank of Lieutenant. He was President of their police bargaining unit for eight years. and is experienced in interest and grievance arbitration. He is currently a Chief of Police for The Southern Regional Police Department. John was a trustee for 4 years with Red Rose Lodge #16, a Delegate for the past 16 years and President of Red Rose #16 for 10 years until 2009. John is a member of The State Legislative Committee, National Education Committee and Chairman of the State Endorsement Committee.

Chuck Hanlon
Chuck Hanlon is an 18 year veteren of the Pittsburg Police Department, currently assigned as a Detective in the Major Crimes Division. Chuck quickly became active in the F.O.P. He was appointed as the grievance representative in zone 5, elected Recording Secretary in 2000, serving 3 terms and elected Vice President in 2008., serving 2 terms. Chuck has participated in multiple contract negotiations and arbitrations (under Act 47), argued grievances and defended officers in discipline hearings. He has chaired the Health and Welfare Committee, as well as serving as the Peer Coordinator for the Police Support Team. Chuck currently serves on the Legislative and Endorsement Committees.
Anthony Pecora
Anthony Pecora is a retired Detective Sergeant after 32 years with the Penn Township Police Department located in Westmoreland County, PA. He was the President of Penn Township Police Benevolent Association and negotiated the Penn Township Police contracts. He has been a member of the Allegheny Valley F.O.P. Lodge 39 since 1977. He currently holds the position of President and was a past Vice President and a current State and National F.O.P. Delegate.
Colette Smith
Colette is an 8 year member of the State Police and holds the rank of Corporal assigned to Patrol. She served four years as Recording Secretary and two years as Vice President of Phillip C. Melley Memorial F.O.P. Lodge #65. Colette is currently on the PSP Contract Negotiation Committee and is skilled in interest arbitration. She is the Vice President of Troopers Helping Troopers Foundation and is also a member of Berks County Police Heroes Fund Board of Directors.
Robert Martin
Bob began his career in law enforcement with the United States Secret Service, Uniform Division in 1974 and is currently a 15 year member of Scranton Police Department. Bob was assigned numerous patrol functions and is a certified Bomb Technician. He was promoted to Training Sergeant in 2005 and is currently the Acting Detective Lieutenant. Bob has been an active member of E. B. Jermyn Lodge #2 since 1977. He was first appointed as grievance/bid officer in 2003 through 2005 and in 2005 was elected Vice President for two years. In 2007 he was elected President of Lodge #2 and currently holds that position.
38 year member of Philadelphia Lodge 5, retiring in 2007 with 33 ½ years of service to the Philadelphia Police Department. Assignments included some of the busiest patrol areas in the city, namely the 16th, 18th and 39th Districts. He finished his career in the 92nd District. Serves as Chairman of the Lodge 5 Pension Committee servicing their 8,000 pensioners.
