STATE FOP ISSUES STATEMENT ON SHOOTING OF PHILADELPHIA POLICE OFFICERS

HARRISBURG, Pa. (Oct. 13, 2023) — Fraternal Order of Police State Lodge President Joseph Regan today issued the following statement regarding the shooting of two Philadelphia police officers, one of them fatally.

            “We lost a hero today. Our deepest condolences go out to the officer’s loved ones during this difficult time. We stand together with the Philadelphia Police Department and FOP Lodge 5 in honoring this hero’s sacrifice and praying for the full recovery of the injured officer.”
